Do you ever really take time to stop and consider how you are feeling?  Or does it really only come to your attention when you are really angry, or really frustrated?  How do you feel today?  For that matter, how do you really feel in general?  Take some time and look at the following scale from page 114 of the book Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks (The Teachings of Abraham) www.abraham-hicks.com:
